SELF DISCOVERY Workshop
4 hours
Via short exercises and small group sharing, individuals will enhance individual traits that influence overall well-being and act as stepping-stones for personal growth, happiness, and inner-peace, in and outside of work.
TEAM-BASED BEST PROCESS:
3-Part Process
Each 'team' will work, seperately, on their own project / priority that is aimed at one of the four environmental factors. The primary intent of this process is to improve leader effectiveness, which is best achieved by focusing on a specific project or priority that involves others - a team. Leaders (and team) will learn by doing.
- Part A: TEAM LEADERS:
2-4 hours (webinar available)
The purpose of Part A is to prepare 1-2 designated team leaders - discussing pre-work, process timeline & expectations, and roles & responsibilities. Team leaders play an active and visible leadership role in faciltating Parts B & C. - Part B: TEAM IMMERSION:
8 hours (webinar available)
Pre-requisite: Team leader(s) must have previously attended Part A.
Entire team (or subset) participates, ideally 4-8 people, including team leaders. Team Immersion will improve leader effectiveness and team results by establishng laser-like focus and team unity, getting everyone on the same page - resulting in a greater degree of cooperation and empowerment, healthier relationships, and increased resiliency, energy and accountability. The team immersion will identify 5-6 critical success factors, identify and prioritize goals, and develop 100-day actions plans and accountability based on team realities. - Part C: IMPLEMENTATION - 100-Day:
100-Days
Progress tracked and communicated and actions revisited. There will be 30- and 100-day progress checkins with team leaders. The process (Part A & B) is intended to narrow focus, increase accountability, and get everybody on the same page. As a result, in most cases, teams will be better equipped to implement action-plans. Additional coaching is available, if/as needed.
BUILDING MOMENTUM Workshop

Pre-requisite: Team-Based BEST Process
Share learning's, build momentum, and learn how to more effectively manage change beyond your initial project - replicating the process deeper into your organization, developing additional champions and equipping them with a common voice and methodology.
