Mark D. Sauter
Founder and President
With over 25 years of corporate leadership experience, while employed with Dow Corning Corporation, Mark was globally responsible for developing customer relationship strategies, processes, and skills, resulting in improved profitability, service level performance, and delivery of customer value. Mark’s work, while with Dow Corning Corporation, was profiled in Value Based Marketing for Bottom-Line Success– McGraw-Hill, 2003.
In 2002, Mark founded GTP Associates, which provides training, coaching and support to organizations pursuing organizational transformation. Mark has authored two books, available on Amazon.com:
- Bringing Meaning Into Monday™: A Sustainable Approach to Bottom Line Success (2009)
- Finding Meaning in a Teeter-Totter World (2013)
In addition to client-specific support, Mark has established a community-based delivery model that allows GTP Associates to cost-effectively assist multiple organizations, simultaneously.
Mark was a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Superior (1980), earning degrees in Information Systems, Business Management and Chemistry. Mark currently resides in Midland, Michigan.
