Philanthropy
GTP Associates will reinvest in the communities we do business, in multiple ways:
- Direct investment: A portion of the net earnings generated in a community will be redistributed to targeted social services relevant to that specific community.
- Subsidization: There will be subsidies available for qualifying organizations to participate in the Bringing Meaning into Monday™ process, either via GTP and/or via local grants.
- “Adopt-a-cause”: We will be encouraging organizations to redistribute some of their new-found gains toward community-specific causes. This could be financial and/or by directing organizational resources and talents toward specific community needs. This “progression,” over time, is part of the natural evolution toward a more meaningful organization – aimed at improving the well-being of others.
- Achieving More with Less: There is less money available for the provision of historic or new services. This should not imply, however, that the value provided to the community or customers will need to be reduced, in many cases just the opposite. Our intent is to help organizations deliver more value with less money.
